This day focuses on the theme of Coming Home to Yourself.

As we settle into fall and begin to feel the downshift towards the colder months, it's time to return home to deeper connection with yourself. Our energy is now shifting towards yin - which is introspective, emotional and intuitive. We'll take some time to call our energy back to ourselves, cleanse our system and create a pathway to connecting with our Higher Selves and the assistance of our spirit team. We'll explore what's been held within our bodies through somatic practices, connect through meditative processes and enjoy deepening through sound. 

To start the day, we'll enjoy movement practices, breath work and meditations to cleanse and awaken our energy.
